		<description>Hey! It sounds like the Searchfest was a good event.  I know your post is a summary of what was said (and by the way, thanks for including Radian6!), and it&#039;s full of useful information.

The one point I&#039;d like to bring up, though, is about the email send times.  Using the time specified as a general rule is a good start, but each business may have a different ideal time to send their marketing messages out, depending on the message and the audience.  Best practices are great, but research and knowledge about what works best for your business is also necessary :)
